At Jewels of Jerusalem, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • Returned by customs – If your package is returned due to customs regulations, we will issue a full refund.
  • Damaged items – If your order arrives damaged, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect items – If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos.
  • Lost packages – If your order has not arrived within 35 days of the shipping date, we will process a refund or replacement.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
  • Delays due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen postal disruptions 

3. Return Process

If your order qualifies for a return or refund:

  2. If a return is required, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product (if applicable).

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
